By accessing or using the Amrut Kinara website and placing an order or reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Amrut Kinara, Bandra West, Mumbai.

• All orders placed through this website are subject to availability and confirmation. • Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. • Menu items, prices, and availability may change without prior notice. • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors. • Order confirmation is sent after we verify the details. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation call or message from our team.

• We deliver within selected areas of Bandra West, Khar, and surrounding localities in Mumbai. • Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather, or kitchen capacity. • Free delivery is available on orders above ₹499. A delivery fee of ₹49 applies to orders below this amount. • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, etc.). • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement by calling us directly. • Once food preparation has begun, cancellations are not possible. • Refunds for UPI payments will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. • In case of incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with a photograph. We will resolve the issue promptly. • We do not offer refunds for issues related to personal taste preferences.

• Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance. • We hold reserved tables for a maximum of 15 minutes past the booked time. • For parties of 8 or more, please call us directly to arrange. A deposit may be required. • Cancellations must be communicated at least 2 hours before the reservation time. • During peak hours and festivals, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm a reservation.

• We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps) and Cash on Delivery. • All UPI transactions are processed securely through the respective payment apps. We do not store any payment credentials. • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST where applicable. • In the event of a payment failure or dispute, please contact us with your order ID and we will assist you promptly.

• Our kitchen handles fish, shellfish, nuts, dairy, gluten, and egg products. • Cross-contamination may occur even in "vegetarian" dishes. • We make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements when informed in advance, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. • Customers with severe allergies are advised to contact us before ordering to discuss safe options.

All content on this website — including the Amrut Kinara name, logo, photographs, text, and design — is the property of Amrut Kinara and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Amrut Kinara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability to you in any matter shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
